I just discovered a blog written by a recent convert to pressure cooking, and I wanted to share it with you. I love the writer’s enthusiasm about the “PC.” As she puts it: the pressure cooker relieves the pressure.

Good to hear from you! If you would like to extol the virtues of the electric cooker and compare/contrast it to stovetop, focusing on what you like better about the electric and for what uses, I would love to run it as a guest blog on my pc blog and hyperlink to your blog.
