PRESSURE COOKING WITH LORNA SASS 
I love this book! It it is easy to reference and I love the transformations you make with each recipe. I have an Cuisinart electric cooker that I adore! I can make chicken soup start to finish in about and hour and a half! Wonderful bean soup that tastes like it cooked all day in 2 hours and the best chili ever in a half in hour! Amazing.

I hope that I win a copy of Pressure Perfect. I am looking for ways to use my new Fagor Pressure Cooker. In fact, I’m planning on trying it out tonight with some beef short ribs. Wish me luck!
